Your Resource for Pennsylvania's History (a searchable, expanding bibliography of books, articles and dissertations sponsored by the Pennsylvania Historical Association, the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, and Temple University).
For publications appearing before 1990, annual published bibliographies of Pennsylvania history are available at many libraries. These pre-1990 bibliographies cover articles only. Not included in either the printed or the on-line versions of the bibliographies are juvenile literature, textbooks, works of fiction, plays, movies, musical productions, travel literature (unless there is a substantial history component), or museum guides.
